Executive Law §837 governs DCJS criminal-history functions, and Correction Law Article 6-C governs the registry. Those public systems are separate from this private website. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
